Enrolment matriculation
For the 2026/2027 academic year, admission to the Bachelor’s degree program in Economics and Management are organized according to the following scheme. In all cases, no CISIA CEnT-S test or any other test is required for admission.
There are 3 alternative admission pathways to choose from according to the applicant’s citizenship and title of access:
1) RESTRICTED ACCESS: NON-EU STUDENTS who need a visa
For non-European applicants requiring a study visa for Italy.
Admission is subject to a quota of 150 places. Applicants must submit their application through the apply.unisi.it platform. Selection will be based exclusively on the submitted documentation (high school transcript, CV).
NOTICE: A recognized English language certification is required unless the applicant is exempt as a native speaker; medium-of-instruction statements are not accepted. The admissions offers will be sent to candidates in order of priority, subject to verification of the admission requirements on the basis of the documentation attached to the application.
2) TITLE VERIFICATION REQUIRED: EU and NON-EU STUDENTS who do NOT need a visa
For the following applicants:
- European students holding a secondary school qualification obtained abroad
- Non-European students who do not require a study visa for Italy and hold a secondary school qualification obtained abroad
- Students of any nationality, who do not need a visa to study in Italy, enrolled in a Foundation Course NOT OFFERED by the University of Siena
No enrollment cap is applied. However, students must submit an application through the apply.unisi.it platform, for the purpose of verifying their foreign qualification.
3) OPEN ACCESS: HOLDERS OF ITALIAN TITLES
For the following applicants:
- European students holding an Italian secondary school qualification
- Non-European students who do not require a study visa for Italy and hold an Italian secondary school qualification
- Students of any nationality who have completed a Foundation Course OFFERED BY the University of Siena
No enrollment cap is applied. Students may enroll freely starting from 6 July 2026 via the online student services platform (segreteriaonline.unisi.it), in accordance with the standard procedures and deadlines established in the University of Siena’s Academic Regulations (Manifesto degli Studi) for the 2026/2027 academic year.
